Work day schedule from 8-5p, except during 12-1p, lunchtime.

If you first create the lunchtime subscription from 12-1 and then you create the workday policy from

8-5, there is an overlap of time, in which both policies cover the hours of 12-1.

In the scenario below, there are two subscriptions listed in the legend, however in the grid we only

see the workday policy. This is because the workday policy has a higher priority than the lunchtime

policy. If we leave the scenario as show, the lunchtime policy will not be enforced.
