2.2. Navigating the Control Console

There are four primary navigation options, which organize the functions within the Control Console:





 Account Management





 Email Protection





 Email Archiving





 Web Protection

Note: The Account Management Product Selector will be viewable by all customers. Only those

customers who subscribe to the Email Protection, Email Archiving Service or the Web Protection

services will see the additional Primary Selectors.

The Group Administrator Role has access to all areas, however administrative

access is limited to managing Group membership and Email and Web Protection

policies.

Main Menu Options for Group Administrator

Once the primary navigation option is selected, the associated main menu options are displayed.

Account Management



Groups – Group configuration



Users – User management



Setup – Individual User account settings

Email Protection



Quarantine – Message Quarantine for the entire Domain



Policies – Policy configuration



Allow / Deny – Individual user account allow/ deny lists
