CERS – New Departure notification (STEP 2)

This page is composed of three main sections.

The first section initially displays the Vessel details as retrieved by the system. If appropriate

you may amend the vessel details at this point.

IMO # – 7 digit unique IMO number for the Vessel

MMSI # – 9 digit unique MMSI number for the Vessel

Call Sign – The Vessels Call Sign

Ship Name – Mandatory Vessel name

Flag State – Mandatory choice of registered flag state

NB At least one of the IMO or MMSI numbers must be entered.

The second section provides a form defining the details that should be entered in order to

record a new Dangerous & Polluting Goods Notification.

These fields are defined as:

Port of Departure – Mandatory choice from the UK Port List
